Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an enquiry through our website or engaging our services via WhatsApp or Instagram, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Whimsy Bundle reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
Services
Whimsy Bundle provides corporate gifting services including curated gift hampers, branded merchandise, luxury gift boxes, festive gifting solutions, and custom gifting programmes. All services are subject to availability and confirmed in writing via a formal proposal or order confirmation.
Pricing & Quotations
All prices quoted are estimates based on the information provided at the time of enquiry. Final pricing is confirmed only after a detailed brief and is subject to product availability, customisation requirements, and shipping costs. Prices are subject to change.
Order Confirmation & Payment
Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed purchase order or advance payment as agreed in your proposal. Production does not begin until payment terms are met as per the agreed payment schedule.
Cancellations & Changes
Once production has begun, cancellations or significant changes to the order may not be possible and any amounts paid for materials and production may be non-refundable. Please review your order carefully before confirming. Minor changes may be accommodated at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
All creative concepts, designs, and packaging solutions developed by Whimsy Bundle remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Client-provided logos and brand assets remain the property of the client.
Limitation of Liability
Whimsy Bundle's liability is limited to the value of the order in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from any order, delay, or failure in service.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
