What is the minimum order quantity for branded merchandise?
MOQ varies by product — typically 50 units for most items. Some items like premium leather goods may have a higher MOQ. We will advise based on your selection.
What file format do you need for the logo?
We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, or SVG) for the sharpest print quality. High-resolution PNG files (300 DPI+) are also acceptable for most printing techniques.
Can I mix different products in one order?
Yes. You can order multiple different products in a single purchase order. Each product will have its own MOQ, and we will consolidate everything into one delivery.
How long does production take?
Standard branded merchandise takes 10–18 business days after final design approval. Rush orders may be possible for select products with a surcharge.
