Domestic Shipping (Pan-India)
Whimsy Bundle ships to all major cities and most locations across India. Domestic shipping timelines are typically 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. For bulk corporate orders, we coordinate directly with you on dispatch timelines, which are agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations including Europe (UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, and more) and the United States. International shipping costs are calculated based on destination, package weight, and volume, and are borne entirely by the client. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days.
Shipping Timelines
All quoted shipping timelines begin after order production is complete. Production timelines vary based on order complexity — typically 7–21 business days. Your dedicated account manager will provide a complete timeline including production and dispatch at the time of order confirmation.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking details. Tracking information will be shared with you via WhatsApp or email once your order is dispatched.
Damage in Transit
In the unlikely event that gifts are damaged during transit, please document and report the damage to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess and resolve damaged shipments on a case-by-case basis, which may include replacement or credit.
Multi-Location Delivery
For bulk orders requiring delivery to multiple addresses (e.g., employee home addresses), we require a complete delivery list at least 3 business days before dispatch. Additional logistics charges may apply for multi-location delivery.
Festive Season Delays
During peak festive seasons such as Diwali, shipping carriers may experience delays. We recommend booking festive orders well in advance and factoring in possible transit delays of 2–3 additional business days.
